PSC SELECT MOTORS

PSC China Motor Factory has the ability to make the following types of motors, the types are shown below:

This type of motor includes :
PM Synchronous Motor and Hysteresis Synchronous Motor.
Major applications:
Air-conditioner turn leaf motor

Microwave oven turn motor

Control valve
PSC can provide :
Dimension range:   42mm  50mm  65mm ( diameter)
Out speed range: 0.6rpm—216rpm
Voltage    AC 220V,  240V,  120V,  DC24V

2.                         Hysterisis Gear Motors  
Such motors are widely used in timing, valve, damper….
This motor can drive the devices at very low speed when put in power, but the torque of motor will be small when the power is off so the device can return to original position by spring or hand very easily.



3.                                 Stepper Motor
PSC can provide three kinds of stepper motors:
Gear stepper motor
PM stepper motor
Hybrid stepper motor
   
(1)             Gear Stepper Motor
This motor is mainly used in home application, auto instrument and meters.
The dimension range is :  24mm,  28mm,  30mm,  35mm,  42mm (diameter)
Voltage range:   5V ---  24V
The speed of this motor is controlled by controller.
                      
     

(2)                       PM Stepper Motor
This motor is used for printer, scanner, stage lights……
PSC can provide this kind motor in the diameter from 25mm, 35mm, 42mm, 55mm

(3)                   Hybrid Stepper Motor
This kind of stepper motor is a high performance stepper motor, it is mainly used for monitor and auto-control.
PSC can provide this motor as below:
42BYG,    57BYG,    86BYG,    90BYG,   110BYG,   130BYG.

Also PSC can provide the customer the controller for this kind stepper motor

4.                                     DC Motor

(1)                          Micro-DC Motor
This motor can be used in electric toothbrush, electric shaver, massager or vibrator.  PSC can provide this motor in sizes from  12mm — 38mm
                                                                                                                     
                

(2)                      DC Brush Motor
PSC can provide many types DC brush motors. This product is mainly used to drive instruments such as medical equipment, massager, and for running equipment.
PSC can provide the motor from     10W — 2000W
The diameter of the motor can be    50mm — 150mm
The voltage range is from               12V  -  240v

(3)                          BLDC Motor
BLDC motor has the advantage of lower noise and long life.           It can be used as a high efficiency driver.

PSC can provide the motor from     10W — 500W

The diameter of the motor can be    50mm — 150mm
The voltage from                           12V   -   240v

(4)                      DC Gear Motor
DC gear motors are mainly used in money counter, auto printer, computer drive, automatic instrument.   It can provide a large torque.
The diameter of this kind motor can be from      38mm -    55mm
The speed ratio          1:20   ---       1:800
The voltage can be     12V   24V

5.                             Automobile Motor

PSC can provide many kinds DC PM motors and BLDC motors used in cars,  such as wiper motor, grass riser motor, Diesel fuel output motor, blower motor, seat mover motor…..

The condensation fan and deliver blower are our main products.

6.                            Universal Motor
Universal motor is mainly used in Paper Shredder, Juice Extractor, Mixer. Vacuum Cleaner, Bath Tub Massager
We can provide motor from 20W  — 2000W
The voltage                    120V,              220V,         240V

7.                             Water Heater Blower

Such blower is used as the equipment for moving the damage air after combustion or put in the to aid combustion. The main application are water heater for shower and home boiler for warmth.  Below is a picture of water heater for show using gas, a blower is on the upper part of it. Also, some water heaters use blowers under the equipment to put in air.

Now, 60% water heaters for shower is heated by combusting oil gas. Above 10 millions was made in china last year.
There are two types of blower used in such equipment:   AC blower and BLDC blower.  About 90% blower was AC blower used in water heater two years ago. BLDC blower has many advantage in water heater, high efficiency, long life, speed control.  PSC has spent a long time to develop water heater blower.   Now,  PSC is the best manufactur or of water heater blower in China, our blower has been used on some very big companies’ water heaters.

Below is four types blower we are making.
1.                              FLW100-33J3
 
This blower is BLDC blower can be speed controlled, it is used to put in air.

2.                                          FLW100-24

this blower is BLDC blower, it is used to move the hot air after combustion.
It is important for the safe to move the damage air (such as CO and CO2) out.

3.                               AC Induction Motor Blower

The power of this blower is AC, it can be AC 115V or 230V.
It is also used to move hot air after combustion.

4.                               Shaded Motor Blower

 
The power of this blower is AC, it can be used to put in air or move hot air.
Note:
PSC motor team is developing a new motor used in water heater blower, we call it BLAC, This motor is a brushless motor, but we can put in AC power directly on it, we believe it has a very good market.
